Elysian Blaze / Blood Geometry coming soon......

I was fortunate enough to do some art for Elysian blaze forthcoming album Blood Geometry.
This Band is by far one the best black metal bands in the world, and I'm grateful that he gave me a shot.

I did this early last year and my painting has greatly improved since then, and have been already talking with Elysian blaze about possible future projects....

Portrait

This portrait has been in the works for awhile (too long) but has taken a backseat to new paintings. I'll put up a better photo when i get one hopefully with more progress.

Polo's Robot / Animation Short

for those who don't know I was working on a short animation film for about 5 months at start of 2009 as the lead background artist. ( I did all backgrounds)

All paintings are digital, done in Corel painter10 and using a Wacom tablet

There are 3 low res finished shots from the film and 3 at the top are high res shot backgrounds in original stats

This was my first time painting digitally and working in animation

Its a Peter Lowey film and should be hitting film festivals next year

Older painting / sketch

I starting painting in 2007 and I’ve had alot of requests to upload my art…but I’m no longer happy with my old paintings and feel like they were my learning stage and since all new paintings are a while from being finished and professionally photographed I thought i would start this blog showing progress paintings, news, and whatever else I feel like sharing …. so for those interested enjoy and I’ll be trying to post on a regular basis
